My team is not there just yet either, but we are fully focused on getting there. This is a talk about how we managed to minimize the time needed to get to that first "Hello World", or in this case specifically, the time needed to have some of our API methods running in close to no time. Hopefully, might even help you get an idea of how to improve some of your own processes.
